NestM8 provides digital document preparation and related property compliance services to landlords and property owners across the UK. These services currently include the preparation of tenancy agreements and optional tenancy deposit registration. Future services may include Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety Certificates, and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Tenant referencing, Right to Rent Check, Legionella Risk Assessment.
2. Nature of ServiceNestM8 acts solely as a document preparation and coordination service.
We do not act as letting agents, solicitors, or legal representatives.
All information used to prepare documents is provided by the client (landlord or agent), who is solely responsible for ensuring its accuracy.
Prepared documents are delivered via downloadable PDF or e-signature format, depending on the client’s chosen option.3. Refunds and CancellationsOnce work has begun on your order, no refunds or cancellations are permitted, except where required by UK consumer law.
If NestM8 is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
4. Turnaround and DeliveryWe aim to prepare and deliver documents promptly, typically within one working day after full submission and payment.
For e-signed agreements or manual reviews, additional time may be required. Clients will be notified of any delay by email.
